Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND AND RETURNS

Returns are accepted for a full refund within a 14 day period within the basis of damaged or faulty products or dissatisfaction of the product. A 10% restocking fee may be charged depending on the circumstances of the return.

If return is based on defect or damage, please send us photographic evidence of the issue or else we cannot verify your problem and agree to assist you.

If return is based on change of mind, you will need to pay for return (we organise pickup of return) or organise return yourself.

We will do our best to help your request and get things sorted ASAP. 

We will process your return within 1-2 working days of receiving it back to our warehouse.

 

CANCELLATION

Customers who wish to cancel their order, please contact us ASAP as we ship out most orders within 1 business day. Otherwise you will need to follow the returns policy.

 

TERMS
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless reason for return is due to defect, damage or dissatisfaction of the product.

If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to MyCollectible by the carrier, only the cost of the product will be refunded, and only upon written request of the person who paid for an order. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed and placed. Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy.
