SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are processed and shipped once full payment has been cleared. Whilst we endeavor to have your order to you within 7 business days for all orders placed in Australia, this can be delayed due to a number of reasons beyond our control, including remote delivery locations, public holidays, and shipping busy periods eg. Christmas. If the item you are ordering is needed by a deadline, please contact us prior to placing the order, to confirm that we will be able to expedite your order in the timeline required.

Metro suburbs FREE SHIPPING (exceptions apply)
Rural suburbs $15.00 - $20.00 (exceptions apply)

*If parcel is too heavy or oversized, we may incur an additional charge 

 

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS IN AUSTRALIA

We do our best to ensure all shipping costs are accurate however there are some areas that our couriers do not cover and as a result we cannot ensure that the shipping cost is final. These areas include, WA (however not Perth), NT or some rural areas in Queensland, Victoria and NSW.

We will send you a message via email or text if there is a shipping cost discrepancy. Alternatively, if you are in one of the rural suburbs, you can check the box to pay shipping for a rural suburb when checking out to streamline the ordering process without any further delays.

We also cannot ship to PO boxes, lockers and remote islands, so please make note of that when you are filling in shipping information for a smooth ordering process. (This is because the courier does not have a contract with AusPost and hence unable to leave items with them as they are not allowed to do so. Most of our items are also oversized so they cannot go through AusPost and only through a courier)

We ship using Australia Post (if size permits) and Sendle who are contracted with Aramex (Fastway Couriers) and Couriers Please. Since most of our items are over Australia Post's size limits, they will be sent via Courier. 

Feel free to also contact us regarding any problems with shipping and we will do our best to sort it out. 

If parcel or items are damaged/lost/missing, please contact us ASAP as our parcels are insured within a small time frame of delivery and we can organise a replacement/refund for you.
